Goodbye Camiri

Hello Friends and Family!!

Well, this week was my final week in Camiri. One of the cool things that we got to do was go and give a presentation in the local university. We got the chance to talk to the students about the blessings pertaining to the Church of Christ, especially for the youth of our society, about the guidance and peace we receive in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It was a really fun opportunity, and we were able to find some great people to teach through it.

Elder Pantano had to return to Santa Cruz this past Wednesday for visa paperwork, so I was in a trio with the other Elders. We got to go and visit some of their investigators, and it was really fun to work with them for the day.

It was not easy to say goodbye to Camiri. I was hoping to finish my mission out there, but it wasn't the will of the Lord. I am now in my last area and transfer of my mission. I am here in Santa Cruz once again! I am in la Zona Merced, my area is Suarez 2. I will be serving as a Zone Leader with Elder Farnsworth. I am honestly super super excited to be with Elder Farnsworth! We have been in the same zone before. He was my Zone Leader while I was serving as a District Leader in Cortez, and we got to do exchanges. He is a super super cool guy, and we are really excited for the opportunity to work together, and to teach and serve our zone here.

Here is a scripture I really liked from my studies.

Luke 21:19, "In your patience possess ye your souls" I love the message that this scripture gives us. Patience is so so important. I have always had a need to develop this attribute in my life, and the Savior teaches us the clear need for patience in our lives.

Well, I hope you all have a great week, huge congratulations to all those graduating this week, and to PG baseball for winning state!!

Love you all tons!
